With all the talk about Oscar season also comes the year-end listery-doos. In this case, DoubleViking.com has put together an amusing list of the 9 worst movies of 2007, and it's hard to argue with any of their choices. Here's their reasoning for their bottom choice of Epic Movie.
Norbit wasn’t funny, but it was still an oddly transfixing disaster -- a horror so complete in its loud un-funniness that one can’t help but continue watching, confused and terrified. Epic Movie is like a less watchable version of Norbit.
With jokes that wouldn’t even have been funny when they were still relevant, painfully stupid visual gags, and more shitty references than any other film ever made, Epic Movie is like a ninety minute version of God’s punishment to his creation.

Dude lighten up! This is a stupid funny movie. Can't believe you seriously critiqued it to the degree of putting it in this category. Not that type of movie.

This isn't my personal list of the Worst Movies of 2007, FYI, but I'd be hard pressed to make a case to take Epic Movie off of such a list.
The Jerk is stupid funny. Epic Movie is just stupid.
