That's the alternate title of Hercules in New York, the first film of Arnold Schwarzenegger's acting career, going all the way back to 1970. Credited as Arnold Strong because his name was too long, his lines were also completely overdubbed because his accent was too thick.
The story is simple. Hercules goes to New York City and becomes a professional wrestler, and this ticks Zeus off. Comedy hijinks ensue. This isn't the kind of film you watch for the story. This is the kind of movie you watch to revel in how gloriously awful it is. Ridiculous dialog, a mishmash of Roman and Greek mythology and Arnold in the middle of it walking around flexing.
