The Star Wars saga continues in animated form this summer, and we've got the first real trailer right here on Fancast. Star Wars: The Clone Wars will take place between Episodes II and III of George Lucas' prequels and includes Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as Jedi Knights, helping the clone troopers fight off the massive battle droid armies led by Count Dooku and General Grievous, while the whole thing is orchestrated by Darth Sidious. Of course, we can't forget our good friends C-3PO and R2-D2, either. The movie kicks off what will then be an animated series on the Cartoon Network that will continue to bridge the gap between the two films.
