In Noise, Tim Robbins takes that anger and frustration to the next logical level - becoming a vigilante named The Rectifier and traveling around New York City destroying cars with annoying alarms, to the point of alienating his family and earning the wrath of the mayor, a shock-red-haired William Hurt. Directed by Henry Bean, the film also stars Bridget Moynahan, Margarita Lavieva and ol' Billy Baldwin as the mayor's chief of staff.
This is the story of one man's war against a modern nuisance, and how it completely changes his life. It looks pretty darn funny.
