The Pulse of Gotham City: Viral Marketing Update

Why So Serious?

A fresh update on the viral marketing campaign for The Dark Knight that has fans in a tizzy, from our woman on the scene, Katrina Lehto. You can get in on the action now! Here are her prior reports. In the meantime, get all your Dark Knight needs right here.

The Joker has sent out a new game. You can find it here. These games usually come with some sort of a hidden link when you do the right thing or hit the right sequence of events. In this case, I've been told that if you hit the "Skill Shot" every time, it takes you somewhere. I haven't been able to do that yet. I do know, however, if you click on the colors of the wheel (the numbers don't matter) in this order: bgygbrgbyrygbgybbrbyg, you are taken to another site. (B = Blue, R = Red, Y = Yellow and G = Green) That site is: Whysoserious.com/Laughtilithurts/Static.htm. Here you are treated to some static-y footage of a warehouse and a shot of the Joker's Face. I have no idea what this is leading to and after looking at the message boards where a lot of the ARG (Alternate Reality Game) players talk to each other, they don't seem to know either.

It might be connected to Gotham Cable News' search for Batman videos and pictures. Is The Joker trying to submit a video for it? Hard to tell but a new section of the site has been added: Batman Sightings. Here are where the videos and phots that have been submitted end up once they're posted.
