American Teen

American Teen [watch the trailer]
One of the bigger buzzmakers at the Sundance Film Festival this year was American Teen, a documentary that followed a group of 17-year-old high school students in Indiana completing their senior years. Unlike most of the faux-reality productions you see on TV, director Nanette Burstein shows the unpolished truth of what life is really like for kids these days on the cusp of adulthood in the Midwest.
