Will Ferrell is set to star in "2-Face," a comedy from Hancock scribe Vince Gilligan about a split-personality case where one side is a left-wing type and the other side is a nasty racist. One can already see conservative types getting uppity about being portrayed as automatically racist as the opposite of liberal and what-not, although there's a chance Gilligan's script may handle it more adroitly than the trades did. Here's hoping Gilligan remembers that he's making a comedy, because Hancock surely forgot that about halfway through.
